Update on My Health

Hello to all!! I'm so excited that I'm coming up on my second year from having my first surgery. This surgery was where they made my J-pouch. This morning I was on Facebook and reading a blog of two people who are working on getting knowledge and support out to people who have or are thinking about having this surgery. Most people who have this surgery are people with UC and Crohn's disease. While on that site, I found another site that also provides support. They had a slide show of how the J-pounch is made. It was so cool that I felt like I should share it will you. You can go to the link here. This is the best way to show how it was made that I have found.
