Christmas Time!!

Wednesday we, Cathy, Mike, Grandma, and myself, traveled to Nashville for Martina's Christmas show! It was amazing! Her voice is so beautiful! The show finally put me in the Christmas spirit! I'm not putting my tree up just don't have time, and we won't be here for Christmas.

Vince Gill even joined in for a song! It was a great duet!!

This sweet little girl danced the whole show! Martina walked the crowd and she was her first stop.  She was over the moon because Martina talked to her.
Stormi joined in for the reading of the Grinch! Every cute and took a lot of work to make sure everything happened when it was suppose to!

O Holy Night is my favorite Christmas Carol! She gave me chills while she sang this song!

It was a great show and I wished I could see it again! Andrew is having a great time touring with her and the crew! I can't wait to hear all about the different shows.  He however is not enjoying all the cold weather that he is going into.  Last Friday he as in Minnesota and it was -7! Burr!!

Craziness at the Ginn's House

Hello!! I know it's been awhile since my last post. We both have been really busy!! I got a job working at Horseshoe's night club, Push, on Saturday nights. They are also going to use me at Harrah's as well for events. Last week, I had training and it went on for the whole week. I told Andrew that I'm glad I chose a career, nursing, that I don't work every day. I didn't like getting up every day at the same time and getting off at the same time all week. I don't think I could handle a five day a week job. I know I probably shouldn't say that but I do not like it at all.
I started work last Saturday night. I had a blast. I got to dance at my station and talk to the customers. Those two things are not hard for me at all. I even got tips!! It was nice and something that I wasn't expecting. I really do love my job!

I have finished school and started thinking about what to do with my time. I finished with a C in Micro and I'm very proud of that!! I have finished two books. One of them was The Help. I went to see it with some friends. It was a great movie!! We all laughed, cried, and got mad at Hilly (see the movie or read the book to figure her out). I don't want to spoil Hilly for anyone. I loved it. I hope every one gets a chance to read the book or see the movie.

I have also gotten some great sister bonding time over the weekend. My sisters and I went to go see Keith Urban in Tupelo over the weekend. It was so much fun. I love my sisters. I wished we could do it more often!

I know this was random but this is our life and how it works!!

Birmingham and NKOTBSB

I had a great appointment with Dr. Cannon. Andrew and I drove up the night before and spent the night with my aunt and family. We had a great time playing Life and UNO. I won Life but UNO you won by having the highest score I would have won that too!! In Life, I was a Dr, and a had over million dollars at the end of the game and I lived in a mobile home with a nice RV and lake house. It was so much fun hanging out with my cousins! Dr. Cannon told me everything looked great and wants to see me in a year. I was so excited! I didn't have to do a prep!! I asked her what I did to deserve that and she said everything I have been through that she felt as though I had had enough prep. After my appointment, Andrew and I went to our favorite place in Birmingham. Nikki's West!! It's so yummy. You should go if you are ever in Birmingham!!
---------------------------
After the trip back to Tupelo, we stopped by my parents' house to get my sister. We went to the NKOTBSB concert here in Memphis that night!! We had a blast sing, and dancing to all their songs. It was an awesome concert. I was hoarse for about four days after the concert!! I really enjoyed it!! We got front row and when I say front row I mean front row!! They had an area where they could walk off the stage and go into the crowd if they wanted!! We got to touch Nick, AJ, and Howie of BSB and all the members of NKOTB!! Here are just a few pictures of the concert: We both took a lot!!

I can now mark one thing off my bucket list. Going to a Backstreet Boys Concert!! Thanks Carlie for going with me and experiencing a great show!! I love you and hope you had a blast just as much as I did!!

Spring is in the Air

Over the last week or so it's been very busy around here. I have had projects and test and more test. Andrew's work has been nuts, and school is just as crazy for him as it has been for me. We have managed to squeeze time in for each other.
For our anniversary, he did get me in to see Lady Antebellum at Harrah's on the 10th. Jennifer got to go with me, and we had a great time! Carter their lighting director was wonderful! Andrew really looked up to him. He worked for Alabama during their golden years I guess you could say.

The last picture is of the opening act. His name was Randy Montana. He was good. He did a lot of cover songs, but most of the people there and including Jennifer and I were there to see Lady A. They put on a great show! I learned that Charles and Dave wrote that song, "Baby, Do I?" It sounded better with their version but that's how the music industry is. Andrew knows the guy who wrote the song "Watching Airplanes" that is sung by Gary Allen. Jonathan Singleton wrote it! He puts way more soul into the song than Gary does! I'm a little basis because I know members of the band.
Anyway, moving on. On Saturday of last week, a dear friend who has been asked if she was my mother got married. It was such a happy day to see her get married. She has been waiting on this day for a long time, and we all are happy for her.

All us church girls so excited for Tina!!
--------------------------
Jake and I have been having a lot of fun lately! He is growing so much! He has started to talk a lot more! We are working him to try to say my name, but he doesn't seem to get it. Oh well. We've even tried for him to call me "Ber" and "Amer." He doesn't like either of them I guess. I'll let him come up with what ever name he wants to call me. I've been called Amo. He and I made brownies together last week.

I think he loved it!
---------------------------------
Last night, Mary Beth hosted a paint party at her house. She's a great artist who wanted to share her talent with all of us. She, her husband, and a few other men from the church are going on a mission trip in a few weeks and this was a great way to raise money for the trip. It was a lot of fun. I hope she does it again really soon!

Busy Lollie working. Mom, this is Jennifer's mom, Vicki, but I call her Lollie too!

Almost everybody's finished piece!

This was a lot of fun. If you get a chance to get to go to one! Go! It's so much fun and great time of fellowship!!
